Yes. We cover all communities within 25 miles of Waddell: Surprise, Litchfield Park, Goodyear, Peoria, El Mirage, Buckeye, Verrado, and Sun City West. If your facility is in the West Valley and you are unsure whether we cover it, call us at (866) 958-8773.
We offer both month-to-month and annual contracts. Ongoing nightly service is typically quoted on a month-to-month basis with 30 days' written notice to cancel. Project work like floor stripping is quoted per visit with no ongoing commitment.
Standard scope covers trash and liner replacement, restroom sanitization, sink and mirror cleaning, vacuum or sweep and mop depending on floor type, breakroom wipe-down, and common area tidying. Touch-point disinfection (door handles, light switches, elevator buttons) is included at your request. Anything outside that list is added to the scope explicitly.
We supply all cleaning chemicals and equipment. Paper goods (toilet tissue, paper towels, hand soap) can be included or excluded from your contract — we quote it either way. See our resource on who supplies paper goods for a full breakdown.
Employees. All cleaning staff on your account are on our payroll with workers' compensation coverage. We do not use staffing agency labor or 1099 subcontractors for ongoing accounts.
Contact your assigned supervisor directly. If the issue is not resolved in the next service visit, escalate to our main line at (866) 958-8773. We document service complaints and track resolution against the written scope — not against a verbal expectation.
We clean general medical office suites and dental practices. We do not provide sterile field or surgical suite cleaning, which requires certifications beyond our current service scope. For standard exam rooms, waiting areas, and administrative spaces in a medical office, we are a fit.
Call us at (866) 958-8773 or submit a quote request online. We respond by the next business day and schedule a walkthrough or phone scope from there. We do not quote over the phone without at least a facility description and square footage — the number would not be accurate.
Yes, year-round. West Valley summers affect crew scheduling and product storage (heat-sensitive cleaning chemicals must be stored correctly), but we are operational seven days a week. Our after-hours crews work at ambient temperatures that in summer can exceed 100°F inside uncooled warehouse spaces — our supervisors account for that in crew health and schedule planning.
